‘As a golf teaching professional I sometimes get concerns about the expectations of my student? They come and see me and tell me what they think is wrong with their swing, their putting or even their mentality during a round of golf or when they practice. They either read something in a magazine or their friends add their advice?
So, why do we analysis golf so much? Why make those changes that we hope will work, why do we suffer?
The answer! Spend time with someone who knows what they are talking about? Go and see a really good golf teaching professional who can point you in the right direction? They may be a little more expensive but the cure will be effective immediately! You should never leave the lesson not knowing where you should be in your game; you should be set achievable goals and targets for your game.
How many times do you hear, work on it and it will be fine? You need to see it, hear it or even know the kinaesthetic way to deal with it!
One tip! Never adopt a change on the golf course until you have made sure it works on the practice ground. You have heard the expression ‘Don’t change it until it’s broken’. Brilliant! So, how do you know if an element of your swing or putting stroke is broken until you see an expert?

Student Assessment discussions: -
Make an appointment to see us for an hour and talk about your game. This hour will be spent over a coffee or drink discussing where we should be and what we will do to improve your long term future. We will advise what it will take and what part of your game will improve your overall scoring.
So, for the month of September we are carrying out a one hour assessment of your game for 20 euros! Yes, that’s all! We can make sure you have long lasting success! Please make sure you book early as this will be greatly received by players across the region and from afar.
